And you know what? I always come to this page by mistake. Every damn time. ¶

I know. It's not like I took this screenshot the first time this happened to me... ¶

Even more - I will replicate this on my blog. Actually I found ABN's internet banking very decent - Safari-friendly, all kinds of scripted shortcuts (for form field focus for instance) and the funny encryptor they ship instead of reinventing some wicked ActiveX control.
Send them an email, I'd say :-) ¶

It's indeed very decent, especially since they did some updates recently. I've sent an email about the lack of a redirect last year but I never got a reply. I'll try it again. ¶

Their credit card site is also riddled with silly redirect stuff i.e. Javascript based redirects with improper mimetype settings frequently give me blasts of raw Javascript in Firefox. Apart from that I can only applaud them for being non-IE friendly on the rest of the site (you should see some parts of the Rabobank in Firefox, disgusting!)

Somebody who knows somebody who works on this has told me that it is going to be fixed. It might take up to two or three months before this change will hit production, but hey, at least it will be done. ¶

I noticed it as well last week. It's nice to see that posting something on a blog might get noticed and be forwarded so someone who can fix the problem. ¶
