Personnel Changes

Early December Norbert decided to go back to contracting. Since he’s a great Rails developer and an overall nice guy it was hard to let him go. We’ve enjoyed working with him a lot and we wish him all the best.

We’ve also had Sam Aaron working for us as a developer during the last two months of the year. He did find this work somewhat one-sided so he decided to join the Innovation Factory late December. We’ll miss his warm presence and personal approach and wish him all the best.
